Warranty Policy
At Branded Watches For Less, our goal is to give you the best value on authentic branded watches. Because we do not follow manufacturer’s suggested retail prices (MSRP), we are not authorized to provide the manufacturer’s original warranty.
Instead, we proudly offer our own two (2) year warranty on all watches purchased from us, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.
Product Warranty
Two (2) Year Warranty
Every watch purchased from Branded Watches For Less is covered by our warranty for two (2) years from the date of purchase, under the following terms:
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the movement, hands, and dial only.
• A valid receipt and completed warranty card with dealer stamp are required as proof of purchase.
• If a covered component is defective under normal use, it will be repaired free of charge.
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Branded Watches For Less will not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. Our responsibility is limited to repairing the watch or, at our discretion, refunding the purchase price.
REQUESTING WARRANTY SERVICE
To request warranty service:
1. Send your watch along with a copy of your sales receipt and the warranty card (with dealer stamp) to our authorized service center.
2. The customer is responsible for courier/delivery charges.
3. Do not include original packaging, as it will not be returned.
4. We recommend insuring your parcel and securing the watch during shipment. Branded Watches For Less is not responsible for loss or damage in transit.
For repairs outside warranty coverage, we can provide service at an additional cost depending on the watch style and type of work required.
